Students in Distress: How to Identify, Intervene, and Refer to Personal Counseling Services

This presentation provides faculty with general identification, intervention and referral guidelines for managing emotionally distressed students and distinguishing the difference between distressed, disruptive and dangerous student behaviors. This presentation will touch on signs and symptoms of mental health related issues as well as what types of services the Glenn Crombie Centre offers as a counseling department.
