About: To better understand the significant impact that high textbook and course materials costs have on the public college and university students in the State of Florida, FLVC has conducted the textbook and course materials survey in 2012, 2016 and 2018. At this webinar, Dr. Opper will share the results and findings from the most recent survey conducted in 2018 with more than 21,000 Florida students participated in the survey. He will also discuss the opportunities how the higher education institutions and FLVC can partner together for an effective, statewide approach to textbook and course materials affordability.
