Are you looking for the secret sauce to build community and foster meaningful interactions in your virtual or online course? Well, the secret is YOU! Research shows that students are more invested in a course when they have an instructor who cares about their learning success and has a human presence in the course. But conveying your human presence, empathy, and awareness online requires intention and a toolkit of resources and practices. In this session, you will be introduced to the principles of humanizing online learning and leave with some tools to help you do it.
