SUMMARY:Explore the Human Body - in Virtual Reality!
DESCRIPTION:Responding to faculty interest\, YOU VR is now available for testing in ­­­the Hub Classroom. This session invites you to join us as we explore and experiment with this very new technology. The first portion of the session will be dedicated to experiencing the virtual reality application first-hand. The second portion of the session will invite discussion and brainstorming regarding potential classroom applications. \n  \nWhat is YOU VR?  \nYOU VR calls itself the “Google Maps of the human body”. This VR application is extremely new\, so new in fact that it remains in development. Here’s how the creators describe YOU VR: \n  \nYOU is a real-time simulation of the human body and a ever growing platform that is all about your body and your health. Additional devices\, features\, and content will be continuously added to expand and build upon your ability to enjoy and learn about YOU.
