Equity 101: The Do’s and Don’ts

This is a brief introduction to information around potential equity issues at Cambrian College and will provide a foundation for ongoing learning related to equity and diversity. Some of the topics we will cover include: workplace harassment, the complaint process, working with a diverse student population, and using inclusive language.
