SUMMARY:Math Equations in Moodle
DESCRIPTION:In this session you will learn how to utilize the calculated questions within Moodle to test your students for one equation and have multiple possible solutions. \nParticipants will be able to build a mathematics quiz in Moodle. Course participants will be able to access the question bank to create an embedded answers (aka Cloze) type question. They will learn how to access and read help associated with the creation of these questions. The three types of Cloze questions include “SA\, or Short Answers”\, “NM\, or Numerical Answers”\, “MCS\, or Multiple Choice”\, and their subcategories. Participants will learn how to control the mark assigned for each question. The ability to insert an image in the question will be discussed too.
